James “JOD” is a co-founder of Integrev. He started the company in 2017 after spending over a decade building high-performance client acquisition teams in digital healthcare, fintech, and HR tech. In his work with clients, he has served as Interim CRO/CCO, SVP of Operations, and VP of Support Services, amongst others. In addition to Integrev, JOD is an advisor and investor in multiple start-ups. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from The Catholic University of America.
MANI ALAEI

Mani is a co-founder of Integrev. He has helped organizations scale their revenue, operations and support teams over the past decade as both operator and advisor. He started his career in consulting at Accenture before pivoting to business and revenue operations roles at multiple high-growth startups. An engineer by training with a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University and a Master of Engineering Management from Dartmouth, Mani draws on his analytical expertise to help clients solve problems at the intersection of business and technology.
LUKAS MIKELINICH
Partner
Lukas joined Integreve in 2023 as a partner. Prior to Integrev, he was the VP of Sales for multiple SaaS organizations, where he led his teams through multiple funding rounds and rapid growth. Lukas is a creative problem solver known for consistently delivering results by diagnosing complex business problems and implementing tailored solutions. He has been an advisor for numerous startups and has experience across a multitude of verticals, with specialization in the fintech, martech, and nonprofit tech sectors. Lukas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lehigh University.
JULIA HARRISON
Senior Consultant
Julia is a strategic consultant who combines clinical experience and strategic sales expertise to create impactful solutions for clients. She started her career in clinical social work and pivoted to strategic sales roles in digital health companies to improve the patient experience on a broader scale. At Integrev, she uses her healthcare background to inform the patient experience on every level and guide clients through strategic growth and market expansion. Julia’s past projects include sales process optimization, go-to-market strategy, sales team training and development, and tech stack evaluation and implementation. All of Julia’s projects are centered on improved operational efficiency and patient experience. She holds a Master of Social Work, summa cum laude and Bachelor of Science in Psychology degrees from Tulane University
MAHNOOR SALAHUDDIN
Technical Consultant
Noor is a technical consultant at Integrev with a strong commitment to enhancing client satisfaction and efficiency. Prior to joining Integrev, she honed her skills in front-end web development, React Native, and WordPress. She brings a technical edge to her work, seamlessly handling technical support, troubleshooting client issues, and adeptly managing Salesforce administration tasks. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from The University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
MATTHEW METROS
Technical Advisor
Matt is a full-stack developer specializing in Salesforce platform development and AWS data integration solutions. Matthew has spent over 8 years building custom applications for multinational enterprises, leading projects that increased sales and revenue operations efficiency. His technical skills include Apex, JavaScript, Flask Framework, and custom API integrations using platforms like AWS API Gateway. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wesleyan University, where he studied Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, and English.

Ali is a full-stack developer specializing in Salesforce development, WordPress, and API integrations to enhance client acquisition and revenue operations. Prior to his current role, Ali leveraged his expertise in front-end technologies and React Native to improve service delivery and client satisfaction in various technical projects. His technical skills include JavaScript, Apex, Lightning, and comprehensive front-end development. Ali holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from The University of Engineering and Technology
